SYMPOTEX 2008 will feature local and international speakers showcasing new technologies and methodologies introduced at ITMA, Munich. This is an exceptional opportunity for all stakeholders in the SA Textile Industry to be part of our TRANSFORMATION!
What is Sympotex:

Sympotex is a symposium hosted by the South African Dyers’ and Finishers’ Association once every 4 years following an ITMA exhibition. The main purpose is to provide a showcase for companies to promote their new technologies to the Southern African textile and related industries, focusing on, but not limited to those presented at ITMA.

SYMPOTEX 2008 will be held at the Elangeni Hotel, Durban, KZN, South Africa from the 11 th to the 13 th of June 2008, with lectures taking place all day on the 12 th and 13 th.

Involvement in this event provides companies with the opportunity to gain exposure in this market, and attendees will have the opportunity to tap into a wealth of information presented by highly qualified and respected local and international speakers.

Sympotex 2004 was an outstanding success with attendees including national and international stakeholders in the Textile and related industries and over 60 speakers presenting papers on a vast array of relevant subjects. I’m sure that in 2008, we can look forward to an exceptional symposium once again.

Call for papers: SYMPOTEX 2008

This international event is held in South Africa and reviews ITMA for the benefit of the Southern African industry. It provides invaluable information to people in the Textile and related industries and keeps them up to date with developments in technology within our industry.

With this in mind I would like to give you the opportunity at this point to approach your own company, organisation and/or principals with a view to provide a relevant presentation on either of the two lecture days during the event.

If you were involved in any way in our previous Sympotex, held in Durban in 2004, you will be aware of its immense popularity and success, and I’m sure you would like to be associated with an equally successful event in 2008.

At this point I will thank you in advance for your consideration and positive involvement.

SYMPOTEX 2008 Sponsorship

SYMPOTEX 2004 was an outstanding success with attendees including national and international stakeholders in the Textile and related industries and over 60 speakers presenting papers on a vast array of relevant subjects.
