Please see notice below for the CSI Colour Award competition, this is different from the SDC competition we coordinate here in SA, in that it is purely run by the SDC. Launch of new student competition - CSI Colour Award 2012 Students are invited to submit a trend card for fashion apparel Spring/Summer 2013 using CSI color search. If you are creative, imaginative and can use colour in truly inspirational ways, then this competition is for you! Fantastic prizes! Sponsored by Color Solutions International, the global winner will receive the prestigious CSI Colour Award 2012 and a cheque for £500. These will be presented at a high profile international SDC event in Autumn 2012 - location to be confirmed. Who can apply? This competition is open to undergraduate fashion and textile design students globally, however all entrants must be aged no less than 18 years old by 1st April 2012. What do I do next ? Register your interest at www.sdc.org.uk Go to www.csicolorsearch.com to register as a guest and activate your free account in minutes. Design a trend card for Spring/Summer 2013 using CSI Color Search software along with a typed statement (of up to 500 words) describing your inspiration and colour themes. Submit your entry by Post or online via the SDC website.
