After his education to textile finisher he worked as shift-conductor and as head of department dyeing in a dye house.

From 1982 until 1984 he studied technics textile finishing, textile chemistry at state technical school for textiles in Münchberg (Germany).

Since September 1984 (Boehme) employee in the application technique department textile for the areas pre treatment – pigment printing, pigment dyeing – finishing – ecology textile.
Since January 1995 he was head of department pre treatment and bleaching within the area application technique.

2000 he undertook head of marketing - organization pre treatment/dyeing.

2002 he was departmental manager of business field Textile Chemicals.

From 2005 on head of department Process Chemicals (development / marketing / application technique).
