Synopsis
Title: Powerful solution – To save time, water and energy The world wide energy demand is increasing day by day which leads to dramatic cost increases of oil and power. Beside this power shortage in South Africa is a big problem. Textile production requires a lot of energy, therefore the effect of cost increases is high and process optimisations, which allows, to produce with lower costs are required. By using a new generation of auxiliaries it is possible to optimize processes in pre-treatment and dyeing to make them shorter and more efficient. This helps to save time, water and energy and therefore it is a way to reduce the impact of cost increases.
